A capacity development training for the Government officials

On 2nd-3rd  July, 2011, a capacity development training for the Government officials,  was organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Supplies, Planning and International Trade Division. Around 40 participants, including Senior government officials of the ministry, representatives such as from National Planning Commission, Department of Commerce also participated in the training.

The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Sushil Jung Bahadur Rana, Secretary of Ministry of Commerce and Supplies. Mr. Ganesh Prasad Dhakal, Joint Secretary, highlighted the purpose of the training. Mr. Manoj Kumar Acharya, Under Secretary, welcomed all participants of the training. Mr. Chandra Kumar Ghimire, Joint Secretary, urged all participants to apply gained knowledge, skills in official's works. Mr. Toya Narayan Gyawali, Joint Secretary, highlighted the overall importance of the training programme in Capacity development of the officials. Five eminent resource persons from different sectors presented their paper in the training. The presented paper are as follows.
